At our store, we are committed to providing high-quality products, and in the event you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, you may benefit from our return policy according to the following terms:

First: Reporting Conditions

Damaged products must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receipt.
Clear photos or a video showing the damage must be sent through the store’s official communication channels.
The product must be in its original condition without use, with packaging and invoice.

Second: Compensation Process
If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed:
The product will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost.
Or a full refund will be issued according to the customer’s preference.
The store will cover shipping costs if the error or damage is verified.

Third: Cases Not Covered by Returns
Used or opened products (especially perfumes and incense) unless there is a clear defect.
Damage resulting from misuse.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display.

Fourth: Processing Time
Return or exchange requests will be processed within 3–7 business days from the date the returned product is received.
